By registering and participating in the KAL Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1Eligibility

2Nature of the Affiliate System

The KAL Affiliate System is designed to reward members for referring clients, promoting opportunities, and contributing to business growth.

Earnings are commission-based and depend on successful transactions, verified referrals, or approved activities within the system.

Participation does not guarantee fixed income or employment.

3Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to:

1 Share accurate information about KAL services and opportunities.
2 Avoid false promises, misleading income claims, or deceptive marketing.
3 Respect clients, prospects, and team members.
4 Maintain professionalism on all platforms, including WhatsApp and social media.
5 Follow company instructions, updates, and operational guidelines.

4Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Spamming

Spamming individuals or groups.

2. False Proofs

Using fake payment proofs or false testimonies.

3. Misrepresentation

Misrepresentation of KAL services or opportunities.

4. Harassment

Harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior.

5. Unauthorized Branding

Unauthorized use of KAL branding or materials.

6. Unauthorized Payments

Creating unofficial payment channels or collecting money without approval.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the system.

5Commission & Earnings

Verified Transactions

Commissions are paid based on verified and completed transactions.

Payment Schedule

Payment schedules may vary depending on the nature of the transaction.

Review Rights

KAL reserves the right to review, adjust, or withhold commissions in cases of fraud, cancellation, or policy violation.

6Training & Onboarding

Continuous Learning

Affiliates are encouraged to attend seminars, onboarding sessions, and training programs.

Educational Support

KAL may provide educational materials, updates, and support to improve affiliate performance.

7Branding & Intellectual Property

Ownership

The KAL name, logo, materials, and business identity remain the property of Krysline Agency Ltd.

Approved Use

Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials provided or authorized by KAL.

8Limitation of Liability

  • KAL is not responsible for personal financial decisions made by affiliates or clients outside official company guidelines.
  • Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own actions and communication.

9Modification of Terms

  1. KAL reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  2. Continued participation in the system implies acceptance of updated terms.

10Termination

KAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account found violating company policies or engaging in unethical conduct.
